Returns
You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and send to the following address.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Estimation delivery within 7 days for orders within Malaysia and 10 to 14days for orders from outside Malaysia . If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping
DHL commerce is our shipping partner, the coverage area (West & East Malaysia) and shipping charges approx. (from MYR5 - MYR20). Final shipping charges will be display on checkout for your confirmation. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
